Temecula, CA – 24 Hours

Hello Lovelies; I am attempting to fight off a cold, so staying hydrated. But, I just couldn’t wait to share about my Temecula trip with you all.

So, let’s get to it !!!

10:00 am

Hit the Road & drove to Temecula, CA

1 1/2 hour drive – that traffic towards the end was a drag, but we stopped by a Target close by on the way there to buy some snacks and water

12:00 pm

Arrived in Murrieta, CA {Hotel: Residence Inn Temecula Murrieta}

Unfortunately it was too early to check in, so we left our things in the car and headed over to South Coast Winery for our Brunch Reservation.

12:45 pm

Bubbly @ South Coast Winery to start..

This was the Sparkling Pinot Grigio; seriously, I’m going back to Temecula mainly for this bubbly!

For food, I had delicious Chilaquiles…

They were so crunchy (a  must in my book); I definitely recommend that you try them if you ever have brunch here.

Ok, so after the bubbly at brunch, I was starting to feel a little warm; keep in mind this was my first meal of the day.

FAST FORWARD… {I had totally stopped checking the time at this point haha}

We met with the rest of our friends who got stuck in traffic and headed to the tasting room for our first official tasting together.

$22 for 5 tastings, but I ended up having 6!

My favorites: Pinot Grigio Sparkling, Brut Sparkling, Primitivo Rosé Sparkling

Here are some pictures I took around South Coast Winery; I apologize, they aren’t the greatest pictures…

Loved this cute little area…

Pretty Walkways…

fake walking… haha this was a totally staged walk but the little ladies kept coming out in the shot hehe

Ok, now we were ready to head to Wilson Creek Winery {told ya before; I was no longer aware about the time…}

Almond Champagne and amazing conversation with my favorite girls…

Enjoying the warmth of the fire

Photo Shoot, coming up!

{that’s not us in the picture below..LOL}

The profile shot

OK, after like a thousand pictures, we finally decided we should go check into our hotel in Murrieta.

We checked in and touched up before heading out to dinner in Old Town Temecula.

We decided to go to Blackbird Tavern for dinner, and later we would find out, dancing.

After dinner and more talking we found out the DJ would start soon. I have to admit, I was ready to bail for the night. I was sooooo sleepy, but I’m glad we took a vote and decided to stay for the dancing. Seriously, it was so much fun letting loose and dancing the night away.

After a fun night of dancing we headed back to the hotel for some snoozing zzZZZzzzZZZzzzz

On Sunday morning,  we started by enjoying breakfast at our hotel

after breakfast, we headed back up to our room to start packing and getting ready for the day…

We headed back to Old Town Temecula to experience it during the day.

We decided to have crepes at Crepe Vine Cafe

 next, another photo shoot… by my lovely friend, Navany. She is starting a blog soon, so stay tuned

love my hair here..

a little more detail

going somewhere??

reading a very important email, apparently..

& then it was back to reality; it was time to go home.

But, I was happy because I was going to spend time with Danny ?

The drive back was pretty much the same because we caught some traffic as well.

I had such a fun weekend with my girlfriends; I can’t wait for our next get-together.

Have y’all been to Temecula before? What wineries did you visit? Tell me in the comments below..

    I live about 20min. away from Temecula now! Haven’t done any wine tours or tasting, yet. ..but I love their antique shops!

      I didn’t get a chance to visit any of the antique shops; I’ll have an excuse to go back now. But, I definitely recommend both wineries I visited. Try the wine tasting!!
